Zone 31A Fair

Terms of use

Last updated: October 19, 2026

These rules apply to everyone who uses the Virtual Project Fair. By creating your account, you accept them.

  • The fair is free and helps you learn about Global Grant projects and find partner clubs.
  • Treat everyone with respect. No spam, sales or offensive content.
  • Each club is responsible for the information about its project.
  • The fair does not approve or fund projects: The Rotary Foundation decides that under its own rules.

The Virtual Project Fair is a free platform of the Regional Coordination of The Rotary Foundation, Zone 31A (“the Coordination”). It helps you learn about Global Grant projects in the region, talk to their teams and find partner clubs that want to co-fund them.

It is meant for club members and other people interested in the projects, from the 11 countries of Zone 31A and anywhere else in the world. You need a personal account to use it.

  • There is no password: we email you a 6-digit code that works for 15 minutes. You may also receive a personal invitation link.
  • Do not share your code or your link. You are responsible for what is done from your account.
  • Use your real name and true details, so teams know who they are talking to.

At the fair we ask you to:

  • Treat everyone with respect and courtesy.
  • Not send repeated or mass messages (spam).
  • Not sell products or promote services or causes unrelated to the fair’s projects.
  • Not post illegal, offensive or discriminatory content, or content that invades other people’s privacy.
  • Not pretend to be someone else.

If you see a message that breaks these rules, you can report it from the message itself.

The Coordination may remove messages that break these rules and suspend accounts, even without prior notice in serious cases. A suspended account cannot enter the fair.

  • The information about each project is the responsibility of the club presenting it. We recommend confirming it directly with its team before making any commitment.
  • A project appearing at the fair does not mean The Rotary Foundation has approved it or will fund it.
  • Agreements between clubs are between them and follow The Rotary Foundation’s Global Grant rules.

The texts, photos, videos and documents of each project belong to the club presenting it or to their authors. What you write remains yours, and you allow us to show and translate it inside the fair.

You may view and download project materials to learn about and evaluate them, not for commercial purposes.

We do our best for the fair to work well, but it is offered as is, without warranties. There may be interruptions, and the platform may be paused between fairs.

To the extent the law allows, the Coordination is not liable for damages caused by service failures or by agreements between participants.

How we use your data is explained in the Privacy notice.

We may update these terms. We will publish the new version on this page with its date and, if the change is important, let you know inside the fair. If you keep using the fair after the change, you accept the new version.

For questions about these terms write to privacidad@rotaryevent.ai. During the fair you can also use the “Help” button.
